*Attend an organizational meeting scheduled for August 15th at St. Ed's at 7:00 pm.
*Attend another planning meeting scheduled for Tuesday, September 13th at St. Ed's at 7:00 pm.
*Attend another planning meeting scheduled for Thursday, October 6th at St. Ed's at 7:00 pm.
*Be open and willing to submit your ideas for the Santa’s Attic Sale.
*Each "decorative area" or "store" "elf" or "co-elf" will be assigned a category of decorative items that have been donated – at this time, the categories are:
Santas
Nutcrackers/Bears/Stuffed Animals
Snowmen/Angels
Linens & Dishes
Ornaments & Balls
Candles & Baskets
Nativity Sets
Indoor Decorations
Outdoor Decorations
Trees / Wreathes
Christmas Lights
*You will be responsible for setting up your own area for the sale - think of it as your own garage sale among several other sales.
*Recruit and schedule “your team” of worker-elves for the dates assigned for set up and sale.
*You and your team of elves will assist in unpacking items from storage and putting things in the correct sale area, and assuring that all items in your area are priced.
*On the day of the sale, you and your elves will assist customers and answer questions, keeping tables stocked and area attractive.
*At the end of the sale, box up unsold items for donation to St. Vincent de Paul Thrift Store.
Note:****You will not have to collect any money as monies for sales will be collected at the exit – cashiers will be recruited and assigned to take care of this task.
