Fr. Jude's Boarding School Dormitory Project


Hello, Everyone!

When the Women of St. Edward's contacted Father Jude (formerly Deacon Jude, who served at St. Edward's while at the Josephinum) in late fall, 2011, he told us one of his most pressing projects was "constructing a dormitory for our secondary school students that come from a long distance". We sent Father Jude a $500 donation, and construction of this dormitory began in late December. Father Jude wrote in late January, 2012, to say that the construction is going well, but will not be completed in time for the opening of school in the first week of February. Father Jude added that this school was "started in 2009 and it is very much needed in our area for our low income earners. We ask you to pray for the development of this school."
